City of Miami Commissioners Need to Bring Back Scooters

0 have signed. Let’s get to 200!

In June, the City of Miami removed electric scooters from Miami neighborhoods and promised to bring them back after legislation was created to regulate their use. Since then, the Commission has continually delayed review of that legislation, keeping the scooters out of service and inconveniencing residents who rely on them to get around the City.

The scooters are an easy and environmentally-friendly way to get around Miami and cover the last mile for many commuters. In a city plagued with traffic congestion and in desperate need of a comprehensive public transit system, this alternative form of transportation is one that that City should not continue to delay.

Sign this petition to urge the City of Miami Commission to BRING BACK SCOOTERS and create rules that won’t prohibit providers from bringing back this needed, reliable and affordable way to get around the city.
