At the southeast corner of 75/Throckmorton a developer is trying to create another apartment complex.  The city deserves more commercial development and less multi-family units.  We ask the Planning and Zoning committee to deny this request for rezoning and hope they will think of the commercial possibilities this highway frontage could provide to the citizens and tax base of Melissa.

Our town needs more stores, restaurants, and businesses.  We have enough multi-family units being developed, we do not need more.  We need more business.  Lets build up our city the right way!
