I'm signing because this girl has more guts than any of us do. It only takes the actions of one powerful woman to change the world! I hope this girl continues to be a trailblazer of what's right in the world for many years to come.

I don't really care but the girl has a point. She's smart, do what she says.

When our family moved onto Plantation Road more than 11 years ago I honestly never gave the name a second thought. It wasn't until young Lyla had brought it to our attention more than a year ago.
She is a remarkable girl that is execptionally wise beyond her tender years.
This isn't a change for a name - it is a call to standing up to racial injustice.
If we truly want a better world for the next generation, it is up to us to see it through..... even if it starts with a name.
Lyla has our full support.

We shouldn’t have to even get Peterson to get the name changed . This is ridiculous.

We heard this today on the radio. My 9 and 11 year old children have been learning about the Underground Railroad recently, and this was so great to hear. It also opened up a good time for them to learn that even they can make a change. Thank you Lyla, for teaching my children that one person really can make a difference!
