For over 30 years, Ray Kimbrough has been a coach, mentor and father figure to the young men and women in the Southwest Little Rock.  For being a volunteer little league football coach at this community center for 27 years.  I've seen the love and attention the kids give Coach Kimbrough and the lives he has saved who has been apart of the Southwest Community Center.  So it's only fitting that his name should be placed either the gym or swimming pool in his honor and dedication for his service at the Southwest Community Center.  I'm not asking to change the name of the community center.  But adding his name to one of the facilities there will be something that the kids from the past, present and future will be something great and inspiring every time someone walks through the doors at Southwest Community Center. I hope you guys on the city board here in Little Rock will passed this petition to the legacy of Ray Kimbrough alive.
