Among many people is a concern that allowing E Scooters on our footpaths is a hazard to people of all walks of life . Including Elderly,Disabled,sight impaired,the very young.and the inattentive. Which we can all be at times  we can all be sidetracked because of circumstances beyond our control EG stepping out of a shop with our purchase, suddenly changing direction.or simply stopping to gather our thoughts .and WHAM we’re struck by anE scooter  blame doesn’t stop the pain the anguish,inconvenience,or that persons family’s emotional awareness.  A Question Don’t We Already Have Enough Wheeled Vehicles On Our Footpaths ? Honestly do we really need to add another one ? Look up Footpath in any good dictionary. Does it mention Bikes skateboards.mobility device s ,skates inline or standard? Small cars, motorcycles,with or without sidecar , motor mowers, as a sidebar to this if I was hit I’ve got big problems as I’m 84 yrs and approaching 85 at the speed of light if I broke a hip I’d End up in a nursing home  Don’t Want That Do You?  Scenario your wife ,daughter,partner, bestest friend in the whole world, gran,pop, are injured  !  You then wonder could I have prevented this  THIS IS YOUR CHANCE  DO IT NOW !
