The proposed expansion of Bear Creek Lake in Jefferson County presents a unique opportunity to also expand personal freedom by designating a specific area as a nude beach. 

The increase in acre feet of water will allow for multiple beach areas for public use, and ensure sufficient privacy for those not wishing to participate in nude bathing.
