Please consider signing this petition to reduce the speed limit from 30 MPH to 25 MPH throughout the Creekside Village neighborhood and also to add a stop sign at  the 300-BLK of James Adkins Drive and Coleto Creek Loop where there is a blind turn.

Recently, James Adkins Drive was reopened and individuals have begun cutting through the neighborhood from Spring Branch, Plum Creek and Silverado go unreasonable and dangerous speeds of 35 to 50 MPH. 

The citizens demand addressing this issue as there is a public safety concern for all of the residents within this neighborhood. 

The stop sign would require all vehicles to stop and look to see if there is anyone crossing the street at the ADA ramp crossing (already constructed). This stop sign would stop traffic and allow individuals to cross safely at the blind turn in the 300-block of James Adkins Drive. 

By reducing the speed limit, it would encourage all to go a reasonable speed. This is not an unreasonable request as Plum Creek neighborhood already has 25 mph zones. 

It is UNACCEPTABLE to have a neighborhood speed limit the same as Center Street and Burleson Street. This needs change NOW.
