Clean streets, no needles

It has come to my attention that there are more addicts throwing their needles on the ground anywhere they please, making it next to impossible for families to be able to let their kids play outside, or even letting their pets out to play or for a walk. It seems like the streets are more safe for the addicts and less safe for everyone else. We are all living in fear of our children, pets or even ourselves coming in contact with these needles laying all over in our parks, and hidden in the most unexpected and unseen places, beaches, sidewalks, yards etc, even places where we can’t see them where we are walking such as in the bushes or long grass, let’s rid ourselves of this fear and ban needle exchange until a better more safer program for EVERYONE can come to light
