“SAY NO TO PROFFITT” ANNEXATION/Substance Abuse Clinic

I am AGAINST the “Proffitt Annexation” on Christian Church Road in Boones Creek Tennessee.  Annexation is being voted on for the relocation and enlargement of a Substance Abuse/Suboxone Clinic to be built in our neighborhood. If you are opposed to a suboxone clinic in our neighborhood, would you please sign this petition which opposes the city’s annexation and also shows opposition to the location of this substance abuse/suboxone clinic in our Boones Creek area.

The City of Johnson City Commission meeting will be held at the Municipal Building 601 East Main Street JC (across from the Main post office) on Thursday December 5th at 6:00 p.m.  

The city commission is voting on this in two different meetings. The December 5 meeting is voting on whether to annex this property.

If the Annexation passes, they will then vote on the substance abuse/Suboxone Clinic at the next city commission meeting.
