It takes a minimum of 7-10 business days to approve minor revisions to Permits  and Plans at the City of Fremont. This creates a lot of undue distress and delays to construction projects/residential remodels that are already under stress due to labor and supply shortages! If Every small change such as changing a  window size or minor construction detail requires a minimum 7-10 day review-then every construction project will add months and months to their Schedule & Budget!
