Speed Bumps and Stop Signs

As of March 26, 2017, my sister's house was hit by a speeding vehicle by irresponsible teenager who didn't carry a Driver's License and under the influence of drugs and driving a vehicle that wasn't even hers. My 2 and 5, and 8 year old nephews and niece were playing in the living room when the drunk driver hit the house porch and tremor the house. If it wasn't for the front tree to slow down the speeding vehicle, I believe that God saved my poor babies by blocking that car from going any further inside the house and hitting the children. I already sent to City of Fort Worth, TX - TPW a sign petition along with a letter, signatures and phone numbers to respond for our cry for help and not yet heard back. The two block residents who want speed bumps and stop signs installed before someone gets hurt or killed. There has been 5 years of complaints of a child getting hit by a car and another person hit and pressed against a tree and now this a car hitting a house. Two ladies from our block stated that they did a petition and send it in but no response. There are no sidewalks and it's dangerous due to pedestrians walk on by or by bikes going to the corner store facing their backs, while cars burn rubber and speed on our block. You can pull out a report of events to prove the incidents that occurred in the past 5 years. The City of Forth, TX-TPW, please I ask of you to do the right thing and help keep the community a safe place environment and protect the people from a bad tragedy awaiting to happen.
