When you move into a place of residency, we all have certain expectations of our surroundings. Although I do love dogs, I do not love waking up to hear them at an echo of barking at 6 AM not even 50 feet from my apartment windows or even frequently throughout the day. I will create a compilation of the videos I've captured of the disruption this causes- although the phone doesn't pick up the most accurate volume pitch, the barking is actually much louder than what you hear in the recordings. Some will have dates and time stamps of the recordings, others will show what I hear from within my apartment- but ultimately, all of the videos show the annoyance of the barking. So I suggest that since this Boulder Ridge property was here before the Casselton Vet Fargo / Boarding & Grooming business, that either the Casselton Vet Fargo / Boarding & Grooming move the outdoor kennel to the south side of their building or move their business to another zone more appropriate for business related noise. As well as letting the dogs out at appropriate times of the day if they do stay, because letting them out from 6 until 7 AM and then again at 8 AM to 10 AM on a weekend is disrespectful.
