My friends and I love to scooter and skate but the nearest skate park is about 30 minutes away and sometimes our parents don't have the time to take us that far.

If we could build a skatepark in Fair Oaks more and more people would get into skating and over time a better community will evolve around skating. Parents are concerned with kids having to much screen time and a skate park would encourage  kids to skate more often and they will play less and less video games which will help them in school, in life. Students would also get better sleep because they used more energy and they would be able to go to bed faster which would help them get at least 8 hours of sleep and then they would be able to do so much better in school. This would get kids who are overweight to exercise because obesity is a growing problem for younger people, this would help change that and help kids for generations to come.

So overall, a skatepark in Fair Oaks would benefit everybody and help us so much, the community would be more happy and engaged with each other, the parents would be happy that their kid is going outside more, the kids will learn better in life by going outside more, the kids would end up becoming better friends by connecting through skating and scootering and last but not least my friends and I would be extra happy with the new skatepark that we have available to us.
