It has been proven time and time again that playing a musical instrument not only gives a huge amount of pleasure to those doing it, but greatly helps to improve their minds too. Music should never just be for those who can afford it!

The loss of free music tuition would be a great loss for the children and the city of Edinburgh as a whole. Music is such an important part of life but not everyone can afford lessons.
