Fix the roads of Dillingham

The roads of Dillingham, AK are in terrible shape. It seems nearly every summer the state maintained roads are refinished, yet the city roads are in such disrepair that they're more pothole than road!
Some of the worst sites are Main street in town, and the worst one-in front of the post office. You would think the post office was built on a hill because of the pit at the entrance. There is no road for several yards near the entrance, it's just ground down gravel and dirt patches.
Tires are often punctured by all these potholes and rims are damaged. Anyone here knows how expensive it is to replace a set of rims and tires, and how much it costs to get such heavy items sent here, if you can even find a seller that will send it.
Damage to vehicles is often severe. Snowgos often use the bike path because the roads are so bad, and then we also have a ripped up bike bath to worry about come springtime. If someone was to hit a pothole with a motorcycle or 4 wheeler they would easily be thrown and catastrophically injured if not killed .
To the city of Dillingham, please fix the city roads. We know the 'highways' are state roads and therefore state responsibility, but the town's roads like main Street and the post office entrance ARE your responsibility. Dirt patches wear away in less than a day and make the problem worse.
