The community of Gugulethu and surrounding areas demand a Hospital in Gugulethu and mobile clinics. The KTC clinic is overcrowded, poor service delivery, not enough staff, not enough medication stocked, does not cater for certain illnesses, poor ambulance facility and large numbers of people have to be turned away daily.
