The Caldwell Airport Cafe has been opperated by the same family from different generations since the early 90's. Carol Camren started as a waitress at the Caldwell Airport and soon became the owner after working in several restaurants in the Caldwell area. Carol is very well know in the Caldwell area. She is a hard working, self driven business woman who was very successful in her career. She was know for having a fun personality that could make a room full of people laugh for hours. Carols daughters, Tina and Leslie also worked in the cafe for years, as well as Tina's two sons, Anthony and Adrian and Leslie's daughters Becky and Jessica. Becky continued the family restaurant after Carol retired in 2012. Becky had worked for her Grandmother for 7 years as a waitress before taking ownership. 

The Cafe to Becky: " We are so small business i have love for my customers. Its a relationship where I have grown up in the cafe since I was 18 years old and im now 33. I knew them before having my own children to building my own family and all threw the eyes of my customers.  My Customers aren't just customers we get together as friends and family. We celebrate birthdays, have an annual Christmas dinner for our community and those in need, we aren't here because we like the money let's just say that! We love our people! We love what we do! We love that people come to our restraunt just to see how our family's are doing. Our business has brought so many people together and is such a blessed little place."

COVID has been a blessing to our business as sad as that sounds. It has strengthened the support of our clientele and has shown us that a community can help a business thrive if they love it enough. After being shut down I thought we have to close back up, WE GOT BUSIER THAN EVER!!!! 

WE LOVE THE SUPPORT WE HAVE AND DONT WANT TO SEE THE CAFE COME TO AN END!!!

The Airport has run out of room on this side of the Airport and the space we take up could add more hanger space. So the City of Caldwell want to remove our building to add more space. Plus they say our building cost the tax payers!!! So they want to bulldoze the building!
