Since the city opened Van Buren to Varrado the traffic has increased through the residential streets near N Sundance Pkwy and Van Buren. This is a longer stretch now thus the speeding has increased  and the engine noise. When a police car is present they average close to 20 citations per day. We are asking that this is looked into and some ideas to eliminate this before someone gets hurt and our property values go down! The Police Chief has already been out and saw the issue. He also noticed the amount of semi trucks using this neighborhood street.
