KG Collective Brockton, LLC, a 100% minority owned cannabis company with economic empowerment certification, proposes a cannabis retail dispensary located in a mixed residential and business use area that includes retail and small office businesses.  The dispensary will occupy approximately 2,135 square foot retail space inside of an existing commercial building, located at 912 Crescent Street, Brockton MA 02302. The location is zoned for retail adult-use cannabis by the City of Brockton.

The existing restaurant will remain in operation occupying the remaining building square footage, however the restaurant will reduce in size in order to accommodate the larger dispensary being proposed in the separate office unit.  The restaurant and cannabis retail store will not have any shared access points at all.

This petition is to show local support for an adult use cannabis dispensary to be located at 912 Crescent Street in Brockton, MA .
