Keep Goodwill Out of Our Residential Neighborhood

Residents do not want a large chain company who claims to be non-profit yet profit from its donations to take over the piece of land on Balfour and Armstrong. Rather than bringing Goodwill, the City of Brentwood should focus on keeping our community a family friendly residential area. Furthermore, building a Goodwill on Balfour and Armstrong will further disrupt our already traffic congested streets. Goodwill belongs in a large business area not our small quiet neighborhood.
City of Brentwood- The city page claims "the community has a long and storied history in agriculture and farming production...[a] tradition [that] continues today". Unfortunately that is no longer the case and Brentwood is becoming less of the "charming and desirable community" you (City of Brentwood) claim we are on your page.
Rather than bringing large chain companies/corporations, focus on building structures that benefit our children and community as a whole.
