I moved here because of the quiet. I paid for it, big time; and now you want to bring traffic into a park that is overutilized. Why? WE DON"T WANT THIS, not the traffic, not the people, not the trash, not the noise; not the detriment to wildlife. We walk to the park to see wildlife. You will s care it away.

The park experiences to much traffic as it is. It is a neighborhood park not a destination.

The addition of a partially closed structure gives opportunity for unwelcome activity in our area. Already we have observed teens parking and making out in cars in the neighborhood. Drinking is a concern as is the opportunity for predators to hang out waiting for children to enter the structure. Please use our tax dollars to beautify our park, improve the playground equipment etc. but do not invite an unhealthy element into our park. The existing outdoor pavillion is fine, make it more appealing if needed but don't enclose it.

I would LOVE to have an outdoor pool in South Boulder. Currently all outdoor pools are not on our side of town. They are also fairly crowded. so it would be great to have one more.
Thank you!

i want the park left as grenn as possible. We dont want or need another building. Perhaps a water feature would be less obtrusive and fun for the children.

This would be another adult focused amenity in Boulder. If the city would look outside of the small boundary of Boulder and study child friendly towns they would see how much more can be done with parks than unimaginative playgrounds (a 3ft climbing wall does not make an imaginative play area) and dark dingy shelters. I would like to see shade over the existing play area first.

Boulder needs a new stunning open air swimming pool in South Boulder as this area is totally void of open air summer public swimming pools.

This area is already a well used area and sometimes difficult to park. I would like a use study completed before approving.

Thoughtful planning for the cities park is crucial to the city and park system. The appropriate resources should be dedicated to determine the optimum, not maximum, use of the space.
