I want the police to be shown from day one that they are not the judge, jury, or executioner. And the need to learn how to diffuse a situation better so that people of color don’t have to live in fear of the ones that are supposed to save their lives. By doing this they will be a lot less likely to shoot and kill innocent people. People like George Floyd and Trayvon Martin were innocently killed. If it is ingrained in them  from the second they enter the academy that they aren’t meant to be killing innocent people there will be fewer deaths due to police brutality. If we can end that here the next step is the United States and all people black, white, Asian and natives will feel safe in their own homes and not have to worry if the encounter with the police will be their last day on earth. By fixing that problem you can start an end to systematic racism. If you train a child right most likely they will turn out right. With that same reasoning if you can train the law enforcement to be slow to reach for the gun and ask questions before reaching for their weapons, people particularly black people will be more willing to be at ease in their presence and not wonder if they will live to see the next day. I promise you if we can end police brutality we will be one step closer to peace in the USA. And when I say reform, I do not mean dismantle. I mean change the way they are run to make it harder for innocent people to be killed.
