The 3rd year student nurses would like the HS3018 dissertation module to be discontinued for the following reasons…

1. The amount of pressure the student nurses are facing with the current workload and modules
2. The inability for the university to find them supervisors to support them in a timely manner 
3. The constant change in submission date for the summative and formative assessment 
4. The disorganisation shown by the university when running this module 
5. Other universities such as King’s College London have taken into consideration the wellbeing of their 3rd year nursing students and have decided to discontinue to their dissertation module 

It must also be taken into consideration that the 3rd year student nurses last year had less modules than the students this year but, complained about how the number of modules they had affected their ability to do their dissertation. However, this feedback has been disregarded by the university as they have added additional modules for the current 3rd year nursing students.
