I’m signing this because I feel like this is an unnecessary regulation against this type of business who can and would offer individuals these services they seek without having to be in a tattoo shop!

I had this tattooing in another state after a double mastectomy and it definitely helped my morale and long term recovery.

It’s Emily Hedrick for me! Speaking up & fighting for change on purpose is important!

This makes so much sense that it seems ridiculous - sad actually - that a petition is necessary to grant such a medical procedure clinic the legality to be included with the same physical parameters of other medical buildings. Oh! Did I just hear a Dinosaur roar練

What the F are people and "so called" elected officals waiting for? Make these mild changes to Medical Office policies and zoning in St. Petersburg and help people live, survive, and maintain economic growth.

I myself am a small business owner & Cosmetic/Paramedical Tattoist, so I understand & empathize that part. Emily is doing everything within her legal right to own & operate at her residence. This should not be an issue, nor should it have ever been, for her to make a living doing what she’s amazing at & loves.

Cosmic tattooing is so different then a regular tattoo. In Indiana we have to get the salon a tattoo license to operate there but if the facility is following the guidelines it’s fine. I also thing a surgical center shouldn’t need a tattoo license.
