Roosevelt row not only serves the community which choose to live in it's collaborative atmosphere- but in turn serves as a destination for the whole metropolitan valley.
Phoenix needs these grounds maintained by it's passionate members- please find another location for this housing development!

Because the rejuvenation of Downtown Phoenix has really only just begun. It's been SO POSITIVE, and rejuvenation DEPENDS ON variety, not limits, on openness, not boundaries, and on ALL AGES, not skewed to just one. Regardless of any other reasons why age limits may be considered, in the big picture--the one that matters in both the short AND long runs--it just doesn't stack up.

I don't believe that adding senior housing to this district is an economically positive plan.

Art is essential for the many adolescents growing up in that area. Taking away this leaves nothing for future generations

As a young adult who moved to the Phoenix area from New York, the downtown space is an oasis of energy, open space, and diversity that I haven't found anywhere else. Attracting other young people - and keeping them here - requires these kinds of spaces to flourish. Don't change the tone of Roosevelt Row completely with this RFP!
