Hello I am petitioning Windsor's city council to open up a shower service to the homeless at Water World. Currently at Water World they offer a day program, where those who are experiencing  homelessness  can have access  to refreshments  and  activities. 

1000s of people in windsor experience  homelessness due to  windsor having the highest unemployment  rate in Canada. 

Hygienie is so important  especially  during  a pandemic.  Many  people from the homeless community will go weeks and months on end without showering due to not having access to resources but with your help, in signing this petition  we can bring this to the city's attention and get a plan in place for our people to have a chance to get and feel clean.
