For years we have been working on making sure our children have positive outlets on the northside and we have seen the selection of access for our children dwindle. 

The Gordon Center located in North Minneapolis is currently being scheduled for another homeless shelter. 

THe Gordon Center can be many things. It can be the African American History Museum and where our children and neighbors can learn about the rich history of the Northside. It can also be a youth center where we can wrap around our youth with multigenerational love and knowledge to help them choose better pathways in life.
