21 is quite a bit high and also because that 18-20 year olds are now actually adults and should not be restricted from doing what they really want to like be able to have more fun and freedom. I know I don't live in the US but I would like for everything including the drinking age in the US to be lowered to 18 because at age 18 someone becomes an adult in that country and almost everywhere around the world.

There are so many reasons why this should be a foregone conclusion. But let’s start with this: They can fight for our country but they can’t into a bar?

I am 21 living in the state of Louisiana, my husband is 19. We would LOVE to go to the pool halls and the sandbar to be able to enjoy married life and have fun . We moved here from Missouri where 18+ is allowed in all bars , clubs, and venues .

I honestly think that 18 year olds are not different than 21 year olds so it doesn't make a difference for the 18 y/o to drink.

There's nothing to do in Shreveport...Therefore if we could get inside of clubs there would be more for us young people to do.!
