We ask the citizens of Jersey Shore communities of Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights, Lavallette, Cape May, and all other residents of New Jersey's 1st and 10th legislative districts to demand their State Senators (Testa and Holzapfel) withdraw their sponsorship of the transphobic bill NJ S-3540 ("Fairness in Women's Sports Act.").  As this bill has no hope of passing, it serves no purpose other than as a statement of hate and intolerance for trans youth.

Although we strongly doubt this bill reflects the views and character of the majority of residents in these New Jersey districts, it is nonetheless necessary to inform you:

WE WILL NOT BE VISITING AND SPENDING MONEY IN YOUR SHORE COMMUNITIES WHILE THIS BILL REMAINS UNDER CONSIDERATION AND UNTIL IT IS WITHDRAWN.
