Castor was later re-sentenced to 60 years in prison for the death of Capt. Grass. Castor is due to be released from prison on April 14th, 2016. Castor has recently petitioned the Courts to be freed from prison to serve the remaining sentence in a nursing home due to his declining health. Capt. Malcolm Grass was the former Sheriff of Hancock County. Capt. Grass has left a lasting legacy in Hancock County and the citizens need to stand up and keep Marvin Castor in prison.
