Us residents of Charleston need to make our voices heard and push towards the movement of letting the general public ride ATVs and UTVs in town. With us coming together we can make a change on the rules that was set forth because of one incident years ago. That incident was indeed tragic and we will never forget it but with the proper use of these vehicles and the awareness that is necessary for to operate these vehicles; I believe we should get the privilege to ride these vehicles legally in town. In particular for events like the Dogwood Azalea Festival and Labor Day.
