Several other chief ministers and Dignitaries from various states were also invited, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Delhi, Kerala and West Bengal. AICC President Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav had also graced the occasion.

The police had diverted traffic in several areas so the leaders would not be inconvenienced while travelling to the ceremony. Mamata Banerjee convey was blocked to allow Governor Vajubhai R Vala's Motorcade to pass and at the same time Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi's Convey was also passing by, which further led to the delay. Well the Police was only Doing its duty as per their Order and also Protocol to allow the Governor's Convey and other Dignitaries Convey to pass as per Hierarchy. The afternoon Rain further did not help the issue and created more Traffic Block and Delay. While Mamata Banerjee's Convery was stoped for a few minutes, she decided to walk to the Vidhana Soudha Gates. The Angry West Bengal CM was seen complaining about the lack of adequate arrangements for her welcome.

While No other Chief Ministers or Several Dignitaries, who had attended the Swearing-In Ceramony, had any complaints towards the similar hardships or delays faced by their convey too, Karnataka Bowed to TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee and had to Transfer a Honest and also Karnataka's 1st Women DGP & IGP Neelamani Raju.
