The Albert H. Ullrich Water Treatment Plant is owned by the City of Austin, Texas and operated by Austin Water Utility.

The Ulrich water facility has had four major failures in five years, including this week when the entire city of Austin was given a boil water notice. 

Since Austin Mayor Steve Adler's tenure is synonymous with incompetence, failure and bad news, the citizens of Austin should rename this notoriously awful water treatment facility after the worst mayor in the history of Austin.
