West Bountiful Equestrian Park

We, the citizens of the town, West Bountiful, Utah, petition the city to develop the five acres designated as a park in Jessis Meadow Subdivision as an equine park.
By creating this park, this will allow a safe, place, for the citizens of West Bountiful to practice riding their horses. This parcel of land is already designated as a park. The location and structure of the ground is perfect for an equine park. This would be a ride in only park, no vehicles allowed. This park would be accessible to only citizens of the city. 'this will give the local 4-H club a place to practice and learn when the weather is good (they have nowhere to practice right now). With donations from the residents of West Bountiful, this park could be created with minimal cost and maximum benefit to the city.
1. Give the local 4-H a safe place to practice when the weather is good.
2. Enrich our city with an equine park that encourages the country lifestyle.
3. We request the city of West Bountiful to keep this parcel of land designated as a equine park.
