Owyhee Top Shelf (O.T.S) mission;is to get the support and blessing of the community of Nyssa, citizens and local government.
O.T.S will be built upon a solid foundation that prides itself on transparency, economic growth/development, core fundamental business ethics and morals within all aspects and endeavors that we are involved in. Our mission statement is to create a name brand of cannabis that is the highest of quality, emphasis on helping others and obtaining licensing through the O.L.C.C (Production & Wholesale). Through medicinal properties of our product. We pledge to Wholesale out of the area, working with processing companies and turning our product into an application for helping ailments; lotions, topical creams, Rick Simpson Oil, tinctures, edibles, distillate, etc.
The community can receive substantial tax benefits through our "Community Action Plan" in which O.T.S will donate 3% of net monthly revenue or through an City Council ordnance, allowing another 3% sales tax on either our production or wholesale license. If O.T.S along with the city council can’t find a way to implement a 3% city sales tax on either the Production or Wholesale profits, then we pledge to up the percentage of the, Owyhee Top Shelf's, "Community Action Plan" to 6%. A Conservative market analysis on say $100,000 per month profit would generate $6,000 for the city of Nyssa every month....
We at O.T.S hold our families, youth and community as one of our top priorities and we value any input or misgivings they may have. O.T.S takes great pride in our companies polices and how we will be conducting ourselves. Every hierarchy of the company and every individual that works under O.T.S will first and foremost hold the highest regards in transparency and prioritizing every aspect and decisions or special request the citizens of Nyssa, local government and the O.L.C.C (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) ask of us.

• DONATE/ALLOCATE FUNDS INTO OBTAINING MORE ACTIVITIES FOR OUR YOUTH-SWIMMING POOL.
• CREATE ADDITIONAL TAX REVENUE & ADDITIONAL FUNDS W/ O.T.S COMMUNITY ACTION GRATUITY FUND.
• STRICTLY INDOOR PRODUCTION FACILITY; CONTAIN SMELL, STRONG SECURITY, NO ADVERTISING & OPERATE W/”OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND POLICY.”
• O.T.S WILL NOT ADD OR CREATE TRAFFIC.
• WHOLESALE OUR PRODUCT OUT OF THE AREA; OUR COMPANY PLEDGES TO KEEP OUR PRODUCT FROM BEING UNATTAINABLE TO OUR YOUTHS.
• 100% TRANSPARENT.
O.T.S Pledges Not Too;
- NOT OPENING A RETAIL OPERATION OR THE FOLLOWING: Medical Marijuana Dispensary, Pot Shop or Anything Downtown Main Street.
- NO GLORIFYING OR ADVERTISING OUR COMPANY IN THE SURROUNDING AREA.
- NOT ASKING/SEEKING NOR AM EVER SEEKING OUTSIDE GROWS RATHER THAN INDOOR.
- NOT CREATING ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC OR FLUX OF PEOPLE MIGRATING INTO NYSSA.
