We have been versatile and willing to comply, and in 9 months, the Covid numbers for Rolla and Phelps County are far below 1%. That's includes positive cases to total positive in the state and US, including deaths. Phelps Health is not overwhelmed, and I urge you to ask them if they are. We have become more socially aware of wearing a mask and social distancing. We do not need a local government to reign rule over citizens when there is zero need to.
