The most violent criminals on our planet, the cause of the most suffering and death, are the fossil fuel industrialists and the big banks that keep financing their projects, (4$ trillion since the Paris Climate Agreement). Don't we have the right to be protected from the violence of the CO2 and Methane? Start to bring these wealthy criminals to justice. This petition simply begins the idea of the apprehension of this criminal class. We feel we have to start this thing. Justice for the Earth starts with picturing the possibility. 

Citizen's arrests first will be imagined.  It is envisioned as an exercise, an idea, a promise that the process is beginning that will soon find the CEO's facing the judge and jury. 1) take a picture of the building where the CEO you want arrested works.  2) Paste or click-and-drag together a mug shot of the suspect. 3) Research the company or the bank's metric tonnage of CO2 over a period of time and 4) write a cover letter demanding safety and health from the perpetrator of the poisoning. -  Bring this to the police station or send a letter to DA. Then publicize that your attempt at "serving papers" - the photo of the building, the mug shot of the criminal, and the research of the crime in metric tons of CO2 admissions. (Example: Jeff Bezos, pictured above, emits a million metric tons of CO2 each week). 

This petition encourages citizens to do this.  You are showing your support for the idea of a new kind of citizen's arrest.  You are demanding an updated justice for the times from law enforcement.  You are urging us all to do this.  If many of us share this belief, then we a movement for this justie.  But this process had to be nonviolently, a dream of a healthy planet.  So this is an activist petition, a nonviolent founding of a justice movement.
