My husband Alejandro and I were in a car accident two years ago. We were hit by a drunk driver that was not insured. SOL for Indiana is two years. My husband was unable to work for a year and a half due to injuries caused by the accident. I am not able to return to my job as a para legal and am filing for disability based on my mild traumatic brain injury and other physical problems from the car accident. My husband is now working full time again and we are more than able to make our payments and get back on track, however CitiMortgage, after years of sending requested paperwork that they would lose, finally has decided that even though we qualify for the modification program they are refusing to conduct the remodification of our loan and our home is being sold ata sheriffs auction the 21st of this month. We were told we have until the 20th to move. Please help us save our home. We have 5 children and there is no reason for this.
