Recently my job at Cincinnati recreation commission changed my hours from 7 to 3:30 making it impossible for me to get my daughter off the bus, with bus driver shortages and daycare staff shortages this made it almost impossible for me to get my daughter from school SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE. The recreation commission is not willing to work with me on my hours, this is a company designed to help parents who have to work with child care but does not mind their own employees. 
As many people know because it is all over the news many Americans aren’t returning to work due to reasons similar to mine. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE. Good employees are quitting their jobs because companies are not working with them or being flexible. This is a real problem for a lot of working moms, AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE.

I hope my cries don’t continue to fall on deaf ears, my goal is for this petition to go far enough to where we can get policies set in place for working moms or parents in general that allows flexibility in their schedule when it comes to their child as most of us would agree our children our are life!
