Cibolo City Council voted 6-0 to approve a agreement with Texas Turnpike Corporation (TTC) granting it the exclusive right to build, operate and maintain what’s been dubbed the Cibolo Parkway. The intent of this petition is to show the city council just how many of our community are against this project and the effects that it will have on our community.
