Chuy's has been an Austin institution and a personal favorite of mine since the 90's. I used to arrive at the Barton Springs location at 10:50am, full belly by 11:20 and I avoided the now 30 minute wait as I walk past 100 people in line. 

For years, I was a flauta guy pairing it with the creamy jalapeno. Later on, I fell in love with the Chili Rellenos. One with shrimp and ranchero, the other roasted chicken with deluxe tomatillo. Green chili rice too. 

Present day as we continue to get back closer to normal the limited menu still persists. MANY other restaurants have returned to their full menu! I stand with all Chuy's fanatics asking for the return of all our favorites. #BRINGTHEFULLMENUBACK

A Chuy's employee told me once that they were trained to accommodate special requests without question. I always appreciated being able to occasionally mix / match some combos. If this training is still a core value of this company; listen to your loyal diners!
