There many people in tough situations where they are in need of this test. For example I needed it to happen before summer so that I could get my Community College classes applied for in time. If I dont start my classes this summer, I might have to spend another whole year finishing classes which further takes me away from my goal. This would help a lot of people out there who really need this test to happen and for those who are in worse situations.
