Prom when there is not a threat for COVID-19. There could be a large area like the fair grounds in Sacramento to house an event held for students that were not given prom or their last prom as seniors. As students graduate one of the things that they always remember later on in life is their last prom and now it is being taken from students. If we were able to use a large space for multiple schools to have prom at a later date it would help students to have one last thing to hold onto as it is many students senior year and many are not able to come back to school this year. Many young men and women have already bought prom dresses and suits that they now can’t return and are stuck with and can’t return. Kids are left now with new clothes that they can’t even use. If we could get enough people to sign this maybe we could get a large enough space to have multiple schools have their last senior prom and have one last memory for many of their senior year that is now taken from them.
