The Christina Board of Education will vote on May 7th to fire hundreds of teachers within their district after a referendum to increase local taxes failed on April 30th.  It is time to force the Delaware General Assembly and the State of Delaware to properly fund Delaware education by any means necessary even if they have to bail out a school district.  Our students should not be forced to sit in classrooms with over 30 kids in them while teachers go out on unemployment.  Meanwhile, over 75 district administrators make well over $100,000 and their Superintendent forced their board to vote on their renewals before the failed referendum.  The madness has to end!
