Mary-Ann Martinek started this petition to Christian Porter (Former politician) and

We, the undersigned, petition that it is ‘not in public interest’ to appeal the High Court Decision of COMMISSIONER OF TAXATION Applicant WAYNE DOUGLAS Respondent GRIFFITHS, DAVIES AND THAWLEY JJ 4 DECEMBER 2020 and that it is ‘not the conduct of a model litigant’.

We, the undersigned, seek to emphasise the intensity of the pain and the terrible risk of suicides amongst those former ADF veterans and families affected, and we respectfully will further our petition to solicit signatures from serving soldiers who may not be aware of this precedent legal case that was appealed by the Commissioner of Taxation in the High Court of Australia, where the ATO application was Dismissed.
