Give Fathers Equal Rights

I believe our communities are affected by fathers being limited to little parenting time as if it's not their child equally, and fathers are much more than a financial contributor. Also, the divorce rate is very high there needs to be equal time given between both parents unless travel and health reasons restrict such action. There need to be clear and common sense language and realistic requirements from both sides used in child custody arrangements that are fair to fathers as well and for the courts to stop treating kids as property and understand dads love, hurt, miss, enjoy their kids as much and if not more in some cases than mothers.I have been given countless testimonies from men, lawyers, court clerks, people who work in the judicial system who sees the injustice everyday. Some have told me they see mothers come in get custody, child support with little or no effort but fathers come in requesting the same things and get turned away or have to prove so much even with no current custody agreement or judgement. There are plenty of fathers that simply can offer a better more stable life to preserve the best interest of their child. Also society as a whole is changing who's to say men can't be more maternal even households have changed more women are the bread winners and there are more dads that stay at home also the definition of marriage has changed in some states so its simply unfair to keep outdated mindsets and privileges afforded mothers that no longer reflect our society as a whole. Also it is very hard for an individual to stand before someone discussing their children who knows nothing about them and all men seem to get lumped together unless the mother does something criminal and that shouldn't be. I was given my son by my ex wife for 6 months with no help from her she gets mad takes him back i fight in court and loose saying it wasnt enough time and they feel is though no mother would just give up their child when she already did with her oldest child this must stop if someone agrees to give up a child custody should change with the firm agreement from both sides.
