Chipotle is simply not the same without the Zelada's. From the first day I met Franco, I wanted to get him fired. He was such a slow worker, and low-key an ahole. But, as time went on, I came to tolerate him. Although, when his enticing brother got an interview, me and many other female coworkers (and Angelo) came to love them. Since that moment, we have been inseperable. We became family (incest lol), since we slaved our summer away at 4743 Freemansburg avenue. They have spent unimaginable amounts of money just to make the commute to our lovely store. We felt betrayed after learning that the brother's were not able to return after the school year, all because of a silly goofy video. At first, we were upset, simply because we got so close. But, after working winter break, we realized that this location could not thrive without them. There was no form of entertainment throughout the shift, and this showed in our tip jar. Also, we were lacking the male engagement throughout our shift, which made our work productivity suffer. The shifts felt much longer, and we were lacking energy. They should be allowed to come back for several reasons. To start off, the issues listed above would be immediately resolved upon their return. They are an amazing part of the crew, and make the work dynamic simply incredible. They have matured since their little video, and want to improve their work ethic and fully sacrifice their life to Chipotle. Having them in the store would also improve our sales, as their amazing personalities would make more people want to come in and get some tacos. Also, after a long night at work, all we want to do is a sheetz run, but it simply wouldn't be the same without them. At the end of the day, it is a no-brainer that the brother's should be allowed back in the work place. Anyways, who else is going to argue with Zobeida in Spanish?
