Why this petition matters

This petition is to be presented to Chime as a means for them to realize that several of their practices need reform. They need to be held more accountable. They need to be more responsive to their customers.  

1) No more than a 30 min lapse in notification time for widespread issues for account holders.

2)ALL account holders are to be both INDIVIDUALLY notified and receive MASS COMMUNICATION in that 30 minutes regardless of personal affect. 

3)As a Banking Institution Chime needs to have a more secure fail safe in place for their cardholders. 

4) In the event that widespread failure occurs for more that two hours Chime needs to issue a credit of no less than $50 to their account holders. And ensure that all funds are returned to the account holder as should be done. Bancorp is a a member of FDIC and therefore is beholden to this.
