The rights of children are paramount. Too many people aquire qualifications which allow them to work with children or in child related roles, but who are not suitable from a phychological perspective. 

The people who take on these roles, can 'make or break' the welfare and wellbeing and also the education of children and therefore, it should be made a legal requirement that all job applicants short listed for roles that relate to children, must undergo a phychiatric assessment before being offered any such role
