My family and I have been apart for almost two years now. We hit a rough patch and I was legally binded to Cas. However that will soon be over as one of my courts will be concluded. The problem rests with Cas. They are against me going home due to alleged safety concerns. When asked all they had to say that due to my charges which was almost two years ago I can’t go back for another 10months to a year. They say we need reintegration however even if my family would consent as well as me and compromised with a cas supervision order they would also be against claiming it’s for everyone’s interest when it’s not. I hope by making this petition we can change cas’s mind. Being in a group care facility without my parents for almost 2 years hurts. However what hurts even more is the fact that I could be able to go home soon but I can’t because of cas. The past 2 years I wasn’t allowed to go home due to some legal stuff. However I have a chance and it’s being taken from me by cas. I urge whoever may read this to help me try by either supporting this petition or contacting me directly to help me.
